        <h1>High Court dismisses delay condonation applications for review, rejected at S.R. stage</h1> The High Court of Madras dismissed applications seeking condonation of a 154-day delay in filing review applications. The review of the order passed by ... Condonation of 154 days delay in filing the review applications - period for condonation of delay is also calculated from the date of rejection of the S.L.Ps. by the Supreme Court - It is not possible to condone the delay and inasmuch as there cannot be a review of the order of the High Court, which has been confirmed by the Supreme Court, review applicants are rejected The High Court of Madras dismissed the applications seeking condonation of a 154-day delay in filing review applications. The review of the order passed by the Court was sought but was not possible as it had been confirmed by the Supreme Court. The applications for condonation of delay were dismissed, and the review applicants were rejected at the S.R. stage.
