The High Court of Delhi allowed exemption in CM No. 5946/2011. W.P.(C) 2792/2011 was heard for admission, and notice was issued. Counter affidavit to be filed within two weeks, with rejoinder affidavit due a week later. Next hearing scheduled for May 23, 2011. In CM No. 5947/2011, a stay was granted on the amendment in section 65(105)(zzzzm) by the Finance Act, 2011 until the next hearing.
