Waiver of pre-deposit – demand – Business Auxiliary Service - applicant had booked Hotel rooms for their clients on discount and this discount has been considered by the lower authorities as commission – Held that: - applicant already been deposited service tax - waiver of pre-deposit is accepted The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Bangalore granted waiver of pre-deposit of interest amount in a stay petition related to service tax demand for 'Business Auxiliary Service'. The applicant had already paid the entire service tax amount. The stay application was allowed until the appeal is disposed of. The appeal is scheduled for hearing in due course.
