Jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India - Held that:- Having regard to the fact that the matter is already fixed for hearing before the High Court on 30.4.2014, we are satisfied that this is not a fit case where we should invoke our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. Special leave petition is dismissed. However, we request the High Court to hear the matter on the date already fixed and decide the same as expeditiously as may be possible. The Supreme Court of India, in 2014, dismissed a special leave petition and requested the High Court to hear the matter promptly as it was already scheduled for hearing on a specific date.
