Considering the averments made in the speaking to minutes and upon hearing learned advocate for the petitioner, this speaking to minutes is allowed. The last line of paragraph no.8 of order dated 9.7.2015 passed in Company Petition Nos.144 and 145 of 2015 is replaced with the following line: “Prayers in terms of paragraph 15(a) of the company petition no.144 of 2015 and 16(a) of the company petition no.145 of 2015 are hereby granted.” The Gujarat High Court allowed the speaking to minutes, replacing the last line of paragraph no.8 of the order dated 9.7.2015 in Company Petition Nos.144 and 145 of 2015 with a specific line granting prayers as per the mentioned paragraphs.
