The High Court of Madras dismissed the writ petitions as an appeal remedy was available to the petitioners against the impugned order dated 02.08.2016. The petitioners were granted two years to comply with the original show cause notice issued in 2013 before the present impugned notice. The court advised the petitioners to approach the Appellate Authority by way of an appeal for redressal.
