<h1>Supreme Court India Dismisses Special Leave Petition - Lack of Legal Grounds</h1> The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Special Leave Petition due to the absence of legal grounds for interference. - TMI Validity of award from arbitration - Held that:- HC order confirmed. [2015 (6) TMI 1133 - MADRAS HIGH COURT]. Contention by the opposite party that he was not aware of the Arbitration proceedings not acceptable. Therefore, find that the award is not void ab initio and non-est in law. Principles of natural justice have been followed by the learned Arbitrator. No legal and valid ground for interference. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Special Leave Petition as no legal grounds were found for interference. (Citation: 2015 (12) TMI 1699 - SC)
