Matter adjourned - Since we are informed by Mr. Khaitan, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent that Mr. Ananda Sen is the Advocate-on-Record for the respondent assessee, learned Central Government Advocate is directed to serve a copy of the Application and Memorandum of Appeal on Mr. Sen within 5th September, 2014 and file Affidavit-of-Service. Mr. Sen will his file vakalatname on or before the adjourned date. The High Court of Calcutta adjourned a matter to be heard along with ITA No. 130 of 2013 and G.A. No. 2130 of 2013, scheduled for 25th September, 2014. The respondent's Advocate-on-Record, Mr. Ananda Sen, was directed to be served with the relevant documents by the Central Government Advocate before 5th September, 2014. Mr. Sen was required to file vakalatname by the adjourned date.
