Encashing the Demand Drafts - petitioner is aggrieved as pursuant to a search, her accounts have been appropriated and Demand Drafts payable to the Revenue have been prepared confirmed through SMS received from bank - Held that:- Having regard to the circumstances, the Revenue is restrained from encashing the Demand Drafts till the next date of hearing to the extent that the amounts have been appropriated from the petitioner’s accounts. The Reserved Bank of India, which has been impleaded as one of the respondents, is hereby deleted from the array of parties. Renotify on 19th April, 2017. The High Court of Delhi issued an order restraining the Revenue from encashing Demand Drafts until the next hearing, following a search where the petitioners' accounts were affected. The Reserve Bank of India was removed as a respondent in the case. Next hearing scheduled for April 19, 2017.
