We have perused the aforesaid affidavit dated 27th July, 2016. The same be taken on record.Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.The special leave petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.As a sequel to the above, all the pending applications stand disposed of.HC Ref case - 2015 (4) TMI 1162 - GUJARAT HIGH COURT The Supreme Court allowed the application for impleadment.
