Appeal to be sent for said de novo adjudication - after dispensing with the condition of predeposit of demands, we proceed to decide the appeals itself with the consent of both the side, we set aside the impugned orders and remand the matter to the original adjudicating authority for de novo adjudication - appeal allowed by way of remand. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Hyderabad remanded the matter to the original adjudicating authority for de novo adjudication based on a previous decision. The appeals were decided without predeposit of demands with consent from both sides. Stay petitions were also disposed of in the same manner.
