The authorities have passed final order and therefore, draft amendment is required to be moved so that the respondents may have copies of the draft amendment and they file reply dealing with the contentions of the draft amendment - Held that: - Draft amendment is granted. The same shall be carried out - request for adjournment accepted. The Gujarat High Court granted draft amendment in a case involving All India Glass Manufactures Federation. The matter was adjourned to 15.11.2016 with the ad-interim relief continuing till then.
