Let the preliminary issue be decided within a period of two months of the plea being taken. The special leave petition is dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition, stating that the petitioner should first raise the issue of jurisdiction before the Estate Officer, who will consider it as a preliminary issue to be decided within two months.
