                              CESTAT Kolkata restores Appeals dismissed for lack of COD Clearance, reinstates for further proceedings

                              The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT KOLKATA allowed the restoration of Appeals previously dismissed for lack of COD Clearance. The order dismissing the Appeals was recalled as the necessary clearance was provided. Appeals and Stay Petitions are reinstated for further proceedings, with Stay Petitions set for a hearing on 22.03.2010.


                              The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT KOLKATA allowed the restoration of Appeals that were earlier dismissed due to lack of COD Clearance.
