The Gujarat High Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to make a representation before the concerned Commissioner based on a recent Circular issued by the Government of India. The Court directed that the representation should be considered within two weeks in accordance with the law and the Circular. The petition was dismissed as withdrawn.
