Aisatic Gases Limited deposited Rs. 13,43,745 out of confirmed duty of Rs. 19,68,302. Other appellants also made deposits. The Tribunal considered these deposits sufficient under Section 35F and waived the pre-deposit of the balance amount. All three stay petitions were disposed of accordingly.
