The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi, in a case represented by Shri B.L. Narasimhan, Advocate for the Appellant and Shri O.P. Arora for the Respondent, set aside a penalty of Rs. 4 lakhs imposed by lower authorities due to an apparent error in a previous order where the penalty was not retained. The penalty was therefore set aside in the current order as well.
