The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi granted the application for waiver of pre-deposit of duty demand of Rs. 11,40,037 as the demand for differential duty paid by the supplier of inputs was set aside. The applicants were granted the waiver since the duty had already been paid. The case was adjourned to 30th June, 2005 for further arguments.
