LTD. - 2003 (155) E.L.T. 513 (Tri. - Mumbai) The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai dismissed the appeal by the Commissioner regarding the classification of industrial adhesives and sealants imported by Loctite India Pvt. Ltd. The Tribunal upheld the decision that the goods were not consumer goods based on sound reasoning that they required technical skill for use. The appeal was dismissed.
