No costs awarded.</h1> <h3>Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax (Law), Board of Revenue (Taxes), Ernakulam Versus Kalpana Krishna Mohan</h3> The Supreme Court of India dismissed appeals in cases involving Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax on February 18, 1987 and February 19, 1987. No appearance ... The High Court was right in the view taken by it and these appeals must fail. For the reasons set forth in our judgment dated February 18, 1987 in Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax, Ernakulam v. Kalpana Krishna Mohan (Civil Appeals Nos. 4277-80 of 1986), these appeals must also fail. The Supreme Court of India dismissed appeals in cases involving Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax v. Kalpana Krishna Mohan and Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax v. Vijaya Service Station on February 18, 1987 and February 19, 1987 respectively. No appearance was made on behalf of the respondent in both cases. Costs were not awarded in either case.
