Deadline Extensions for Company Name Reservations and Form Resubmissions Announced Due to COVID-19 Disruptions The Ministry of Corporate Affairs extended deadlines for name reservation and form resubmission for companies and LLPs due to COVID-19 disruptions. For new company incorporations, name reservations expiring between March 15 and May 3, 2020, are extended by 20 days beyond May 3. For name changes, a similar extension applies. Resubmission deadlines falling in the same period receive an additional 15 days. For LLPs, name reservations and resubmission deadlines are also extended by 20 and 15 days, respectively. Extensions for SRNs marked under NTBR are considered individually, and forms will not be marked NTBR due to non-resubmission during this period. (AI Summary)
