of <h1>Company and LLP Name Reservations Extended by 20 Days; SRN Resubmissions Get 15-Day Grace Period Post-May 3.</h1> Names reserved for new company incorporation, initially valid for 20 days, and names reserved for a company name change, valid for 60 days, will receive a 20-day extension if they expire between March 15 and May 3, 2020. Similarly, names reserved for LLP incorporation or change, valid for 90 days, will also be extended by 20 days. For companies and LLPs, SRNs with resubmission deadlines between March 15 and May 3, 2020, will have an additional 15 days post-May 3 for resubmission. Extensions for SRNs marked under NTBR will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
