Time bound administrative orders: officials must issue orders within prescribed deadlines following adjudicatory decisions to limit delay.

The amendment requires that, where practicable, the Board or the Commissioner of Customs shall make an order under the relevant subsections within six months, but not beyond one year, from the date of the decision or order of the adjudicating authority, thereby imposing a statutory deadline for issuance of administrative orders following adjudicatory decisions.
