of <h1>Online declarations of chewing tobacco, jarda and gutkha packing machines' production parameters required; fresh filings tied to Rule 7 order.</h1> Requires every manufacturer of notified chewing tobacco, jarda scented tobacco and gutkha to file an online declaration in Form CE DEC-01 by 7 February 2026 or, if manufacturing commences later, within seven days of commencement. Mandates disclosure in Form CE DEC-01 of specified machine and production-determining parameters-gear box ratios, number of funnels, number of tracks, and main motor revolutions per minute-supported by certification by a chartered engineer in Form CE CCE-01, enabling determination of production capacity and duty. Obligates filing of a fresh declaration within fifteen days of any change in production-relevant factors under rule 4 or upon installation, addition, or commencement of any machine, but prohibits filing such fresh declaration until an order under rule 7 is issued.
