Pronouncement of orders by the Appellate Tribunal requires written, signed decisions, certified copies, and enforceable transmission procedures.

Pronouncement of orders by the Appellate Tribunal must occur after hearing the applicant and respondent, either immediately or as soon as practicable, and no later than thirty days from the final hearing excluding vacations or holidays. Every order must be in writing, signed and dated by the President or Members constituting the Bench, with certified copies supplied to the parties. The Tribunal may also transmit an order to any court for enforcement on application by a party or suo motu, and orders, judgments or notices must bear the Tribunal's seal unless passed online and digitally signed.
