Maintenance of the order sheet in every proceeding before the GST Appellate Tribunal is assigned to the Court officer of the Bench, and it must contain the information prescribed in GSTAT Form-02 together with every order passed by the Tribunal. Substantive orders are to be in English and signed by the Members constituting the Bench, while routine administrative orders may be signed by the Court officer. The order sheet must also record the reference number, date of order, and incidental particulars including the short cause title.
