Appeals from Registrar of Copyrights shifted to High Court, with single-judge hearing and possible reference to a Bench.

Amendments remove references to the Appellate Board and substitute Commercial Court or High Court, add a definition of Commercial Court, redefine prescribed to distinguish High Court rules from other rules, and delete provisions establishing the Appellate Board. Appeals from the Registrar of Copyrights are redirected to the High Court, to be heard initially by a single Judge with provision for reference to, and further appeal to, a Bench.
