          <h1>Customs warehouse dispatch form requires consignment details, transport verification and one-time-lock confirmation on receipt.</h1> Form under the Customs Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse (No. 2) Regulations, 2019 requires Part A (dispatch): consignment identification, import and warehousing particulars, destination or export routing, transport registration, container and one-time-lock number, and signature of the licensee or warehouse keeper at despatch. Part B (receipt) requires verification of arrival time, matching transport registration, confirmation of one-time-lock integrity, and signature by the recipient licensee/warehouse keeper or the proper officer at the customs station.
