Government accommodation eligibility for adjudicating authority members and retention of existing quarters with house rent allowance.

Members of the Adjudicating Authority are not eligible for general pool residential accommodation, but they may draw house rent allowance at the rates admissible to Central Government officers of equivalent pay. A Member already occupying eligible Government accommodation may retain it from the date of joining the Adjudicating Authority.
