of <h1>Investigation Termination: Insufficient Evidence, Low Subsidy, or Negligible Import Volume Under Specific Conditions</h1> The designated authority must terminate an investigation by public notice if: (a) a written request is made by or on behalf of the initiating domestic industry; (b) there is insufficient evidence of subsidization or injury; (c) the subsidy is less than one percent ad valorem, or less than two percent for products from developing countries; (d) the volume of subsidized imports is negligible, or less than four percent of total imports from developing countries, unless collectively exceeding nine percent of total imports.
