Bench seal requirement ensures orders and notices are stamped and authenticated by the Secretary or Bench Officer.

Each Bench must have a separate seal maintained in the custody of the Secretary or Bench Officer and used under their direction; every order, communication, notice or certified copy from a Bench must be stamped with that Bench's seal and authenticated by the Secretary or Bench Officer.
