Vouchers for bills of costs: payments and disbursements require vouchers and advocate fee certificates, with limited exceptions.

Vouchers must accompany bills of costs with each disbursement distinctly specified; out of pocket payments are ordinarily disallowed without the necessary voucher, and advocate's fees in a party and party taxation require a certificate from the advocate that the fee has been paid, except that fees for advocates appearing for the Government or the Official Liquidator may be allowed without such a certificate.
