Notice to company officers: liquidator may require attendance or written information, non-compliance may be reported to court.

In a court-ordered winding-up, the Official Liquidator must give each company officer he considers should attend a meeting of creditors or contributories notice of the time and place in the prescribed form, delivered personally or by registered post; officers must attend if required, and failure to attend may be reported to the Court. The Liquidator may instead require officers to answer interrogatories or furnish information in writing, and failures to comply may likewise be reported to the Court.
