Provisional liquidator costs to be borne from company assets, including government fees, subject to court order.

All costs, charges and expenses properly incurred by the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator, including sums payable under the Central Government fee scale applicable where the Official Liquidator acts as Liquidator of the company, shall be paid out of the assets of the company, subject to any order of the Court.
