Form requirements: prescribed company forms must state registration and capital, and permit electronic or physical filing with authentication.

Rule 3 requires use of the prescribed company Forms in Annexure A or similar forms, and mandates that each Form state the company's registration number and nominal share capital. The Forms may be filed electronically or via other computer readable media and must be authenticated: electronic filings by authorised signatories using digital signatures, and physical filings by manual signature of an authorised signatory.
