Anti-dumping duty reduction: Central Government may reduce and refund duty paid in excess of actual dumping margin.

The amendment enables the Central Government, following determination by an authorised officer, to reduce anti dumping duty where an importer proves that duty paid exceeds the actual margin of dumping and to refund the excess duty to the importer.
