Amendments replace the previously stated customs rate with a reduced rate in specified conditions and sub-conditions of multiple notifications, effecting a uniform tariff change. One amended notification also inserts a proviso authorising the Licensing Authority to grant further extensions for fulfilment of export obligations subject to conditions in a Public Notice, with a firm terminal date beyond which extensions may not be granted. Each schedule entry records the amended notification and the effective date of the amendment.
