Committee Member Ethics Require Conflict Disclosure, Recusal Where Necessary, Confidentiality, and Conduct Consistent With Public Office.

Performance Review Committee members must sign the prescribed declaration and comply with ethical standards that promote public trust, integrity, dignity, reputation and probity in public office. Members must disclose conflicts of interest to the Board and, where necessary, recuse themselves from the relevant proceedings. Information received in their capacity as Committee members must remain confidential and must not be revealed to any person knowingly or unknowingly.
