Insurance business registration permits certification on satisfaction, subject to regulatory conditions, until revocation or cancellation.

Registration of insurance business may be granted after consideration of an application and satisfaction that registration should be allowed. The certificate is issued in the form specified by the Authority and remains subject to prescribed and additional conditions. Registration continues to be valid unless revoked or cancelled. The prescribed-form requirement replaces the earlier reference to the relevant form contained in the Fourth Schedule and issuance to the applicant.
