The Employees' Service Regulations apply to every whole-time employee appointed by the Authority under section 11(1) of the IFSCA Act, 2019. Temporary employees and contract employees are outside their ordinary scope, unless the Regulations provide otherwise or the Authority specifically or generally extends their application.
