Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code allows central government orders to remove implementation difficulties within two years.

The Central Government may issue orders not inconsistent with the Code to remove implementation difficulties, but no such order may be made after two years from the Code's commencement; each order must be published in the Official Gazette and laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable.
