Occupiers of factories with hazardous processes must maintain accessible, up-to-date health or medical records for workers exposed to harmful substances; appoint qualified, experienced supervisors to handle hazardous substances with necessary protective facilities, subject to final determination by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator on qualifications; and arrange medical examinations for every worker before assignment, periodically while employed in the hazardous role, and after cessation of such work at intervals not exceeding twelve months as prescribed by the State Government.
