Service of notice may be effected by delivery or transmission to the person named by post or Board-approved courier, by methods under the Code of Civil Procedure for summons, as an electronic record under the Information Technology framework, or by any prescribed means; the Board may prescribe addresses including electronic mail, and electronic mail is defined to include messages and attachments in text, image, audio, video or other electronic records.
