A register of appeals, petitions and related proceedings is to be maintained in the prescribed GSTAT CDR-07 and GSTAT CDR-08 formats for matters arising from orders of the Appellate Tribunal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Courts. The judicial branch is required to make the relevant entries promptly, and the register must be placed before the President or Vice-President for scrutiny in the first week of every month.
