Mineral product levy rates amended: volumetric and weight based charges substituted for Items 3 and 7 in schedule.

Amendment substitutes the second column schedule entries for Item 3 with a fixed volumetric charge per kilolitre at fifteen degrees Centigrade, and for Item 7 with a fixed weight based charge per metric tonne, effecting textual replacements in the Table annexed to sub section (1) of section 3 of the Mineral Products Act.
