Excise classification change: substitution narrows textile entry to tulles, net fabrics and lace, excluding woven, knitted or crocheted.

The Fifth Schedule amendment substitutes the serial entry description to specify that tulles and other net fabrics and lace (in the piece, in strips or in motifs) are covered, while expressly excluding woven, knitted or crocheted fabrics and fabrics of heading 60.02, thereby redefining the scope of the excise classification for that entry.
