False marking of goods receptacles: criminal liability for marks that misrepresent contents, unless lack of intent to defraud.

Making a false mark on any case, package or other receptacle that causes belief the receptacle contains different goods, lacks goods it contains, or that the goods are of different nature or quality is criminalised; use of such a false mark is treated as the same offence. Liability requires proof by the accused that there was no intent to defraud.
