Indecent or scandalous questions may be forbidden to exclude inquiry not relating to facts in issue or necessary matters.

The Court may forbid any questions or inquiries which it regards as indecent or scandalous, although such questions or inquiries may have some bearing on the questions before the Court, except when they relate directly to facts in issue or to matters necessary to establish whether those facts existed.
