If the seller must send goods and time is unspecified, the seller must send within a reasonable time. Goods held by a third person require that person's acknowledgment to effect delivery, without affecting transfer of any document of title. Demand must be at a reasonable hour, and, unless otherwise agreed, the seller bears expenses to make goods deliverable.
