Witness evidence procedure: read evidence to the witness, note objections in memorandum, and provide interpretation if needed.

Evidence of each witness taken under sections 310 or 311 shall be read over to the witness in the presence of the accused or the accused's advocate and corrected if necessary; if the witness denies correctness the presiding Magistrate or Judge may make a memorandum of the objection and add remarks; where the record is in a different language it must be interpreted to the witness in the language the evidence was given or one he understands.
